This Statement outlines the terms and conditions governing all sales and purchases made through this website, regardless of whether the order was transmitted via the internet, telephone/fax or post.
Anyone ordering products for delivery acknowledges they have reviewed the contents of their order and acknowledge that it contains acceptable and approved items for import into the country of destination/delivery. The buyer, solely, accepts the full risk of any items or package (or part thereof) being detained by customs for whatever reason , and acknowledges and agrees that they will not hold Nutricare liable for such packages, for whatever reason, being unable to be delivered to their destination.
Some products available on this site maybe restricted in your country. It is your responsibility to comply with such restrictions.
At Nutricare we are firmly committed to your privacy. We know that health information is personal and that you may have concerns about it, however providing information to us will help us help you. We may ask you to share some very basic information with us. We Protect Your Private Information. We will not pass your information to third parties.
All orders should be received within three to ten business days unless specified otherwise in the item description. If we are unable to dispatch your order within this time we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
PLEASE NOTE: ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
If an order is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed within 30 days from date of despatch of goods. Email details of your claim. There will be an investigation process and if it leads to a satifactory conclusion and proof of fault as claimed, then a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number will be allocated and the faulty goods can then be returned. If a replacement or refund is required due to product not to the liking of the recipient or not as expected, other than a change of mind, then the return shipping and other charges will be borne by the recipient and refund will be processed less initial shipping fee only after the goods are received by us in original condition. The following options will be made available:
- Replacement: If a replacement is required it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge.
- Credit: If a credit is required, the appropriate account will be credited to the amount of the transaction, in the currency at the time of purchase.
- Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited)
Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully. Exchanges will not be permitted.
