If an order is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed within 30 days from date of despatch of goods.
There will be an investigation process and if it leads to a satisfactory conclusion and proof of fault as claimed, then a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number will be allocated and the faulty goods can then be returned.
If a replacement or refund is required due to product not to the liking of the recipient or not as expected, other than a change of mind, then the return shipping and other charges will be borne by the recipient and refund will be processed less initial shipping fee only after the goods are received by us in original condition. The following options will be made available:
•Replacement: If a replacement is required it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge.
•Credit: If a credit is required, the appropriate account will be credited to the amount of the transaction, in the currency at the time of purchase.
•Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited)
Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully. Exchanges will not be permitted.
