Recommended Dosage:
| Add 2 teaspoons to your favourite fruit juice, vegetable juice or yoghurt, and blend. |
| Spirulina is a food source and not a concentrated nutrient. |
| Spirulina Power can be taken at any time. As this is a food in itself, try a teaspoon in juice between meals as a preventative against snacking. Taken 15 minutes before meals it will reduce the appetite and prevent overeating. |

Precautions and Contraindications:
- Larger quantities of Spirulina may turn bowel motions green. This is not a pathological condition, and is only due to the natural colouring of the Spirulina.
